Returns and refunds

Cancellation requests for cookies and classes which are processed 10 business days before order due date or class date are fully refundable (minus service fees).

For cancellation requests less than 10 days before cookie due date, money will be non-refundable.

For class cancelations less than 10 days before class, reservations will be non-refundable but are transferable to someone else for that date. Transferring your ticket to another class will not be possible.. If you can not make the class you can have someone pick up your cookies and supplies at the scheduled class time so you can do them at home. No shows will not be refunded and will forfeit their order and any supplies.
